What to Expect
Your first visit includes a discussion of your health history, followed by a full treatment. Each therapy session consists mainly of light touch and gentle pressure throughout various places on the body. Patients wear comfortable clothing during treatment and find it gentle and relaxing, and leave with an overall sense of wellness and vitality. Each session is private, one-on-one, and lasts for 60 minutes.

My Approach
I use a gentle, manual approach to treat the whole person and the primary cause of dysfunction, not just the symptoms. People of all ages who want to:
-
reduce pain
-
maximize function
-
and optimize the body's innate ability to heal itself can benefit from treatment.
Each patient receives a unique, personalized treatment plan which is a blend of traditional physical therapy and osteopathic manual techniques.
When necessary, office treatments are supplemented with a customized Home Exercise program to improve flexibility, increase strength, and to develop or refine body awareness.
